THE POLISH-CANADIAN CONNECTION
On November 14, 2007, an upset Polish airline traveler was procedurally and calmly tasered to death by armed Canadian police officers at Vancouver International Airport. Everyone in the public already knows that none of these Canadian Police Officers will be criminally charged for the death of this innocent Polish traveler. The Canadian judicial system and legal authorities will protect these officers in the name of the war against terrorism. But who is terrorizing whom?

As we would expect, Utah Highway Patrol says that “…Trooper Jon Gardner’s actions were lawful and reasonable under the circumstances,” in using a Taser gun to twice zap Jared Massey when he walked away refusing to sign a speeding ticket on Utah highways and threatening his pregnant wife with the same fate if she leaves the vehicle to attend to her tasered husband. BROOKLYN COPS GONE MAD!
Around the same date on Tuesday, November 13th, 2007 in Brooklyn, New York City, five grown, fully mature, heavily armed, heavily trained New York City officers with an experienced supervisor at the scene comforting the mother, brutally and savagely gunned down a young teenage mental patient in a hail of 20 bullets. What a grand spectacle, display and fireworks that was as five automatic police weapons rapidly popped off their anger-filled, soul wrenching shots into the tender skin and body of a Black teenage boy. The disoriented teenager had brandished a hair brush as a gun. The mother cried. This child was a good boy. And indeed he was. The mother had already told the police supervisor that the mentally ill child had no gun – it was only an hair brush!

Upon arriving home, the step-father said he never saw more police cars in his life, and that the execution scene, riddled with bullets, looked like a war zone. Handcuffed and silenced by 10 penetrating bullets of the 20 fired, the dying body of the blood soaked teenaged boy was thrown in the back of a police car and left to die. This story received little or no media attention on CNN or other major media outlets because a cute White Caucasian female was not involved.

MIND OVER HEART
Commenting on the actions of five (5) New York City police officers who brutally gunned down a young mental patient brandishing a hair brush as a weapon, New York City Commissioner Raymond Kelly said that “the shooting appears to fall within department guidelines”, but failed to add, ‘for killing innocent people of African descent in New York City’.

THE USE OF FORCE
Questions: Why did so many police officers in lights flashing police vehicles respond to a community household in matters involving civil or family mental health complain? Would one officer responding to the scene been enough? Why do we need an armored contingent and battalion of heavily armed police officers and helicopters, under the direct command of a supervising police officer, responding to basic and common citizen issues?

THE CASE OF “LEELAND EISENBERG”
When Leeland Eisenberg walked into Hillary Clinton’s Campaign Office in New Hampshire on November 30, 2007 with what clearly looked like dynamite strapped to his chest (a potential suicide bomber) demanding help for mental illness, the question is raised, why didn’t professional police officers responding to a terrorist threat against the Democratic Front Runner fired at least 20-50 shots into the body of Leeland Eisenberg as they have done in non-terrorist related situations across North America? Why? Why was he spared a most horrible public execution in New Hampshire in an Age of Global Terrorism. Reason: there was a political stake at risk. His death would have brought down the campaign of Hillary Clinton and caused the public to question the rationality of the war on terror. There is clearly a one sided approach to how the War on Terrorism is been executed, that of being against individuals and the general public in the Western Hemisphere.

TASER GUN: MODERN INSTRUMENT OF DEATH, PUBLIC TORTURE & STATE SPONSORED CRIMINALITY AGAINST A DEFENSELESS PEOPLE
The taser gun is one of the latest inventions of modern science backed by state and political sponsorship and strong corporate investment funds. Tasers are scientifically engineered, politically rationalized and judicially endorsed instrument of death, terror and public torture that lacks legitimate public support and endorsement. Death by a taser gun is a crime against humanity. We do not want our police force to use taser guns, because they are an instrument of public torture. But who can stop them? No one!

SPIRITUAL & METAPHYSICAL ISSUES & IMPACT
One of the most fundamental problems with taser guns which established medical, legal and scientific communities that developed and approved the use of this deadly instrument of torture and death against a docile and defenseless public fail to recognize is that taser guns more than any other instrument of death, goes against the spirit by violating one’s sense of Self, beliefs and values through intrusion of our private space, sense of Self and personal privacy.

SPIRITUAL & MENTAL TORTURE
Taser guns, at its most fundamental level, constitute a form of spiritual and mental torture of one’s central nervous system, which is at the core of one’s being and sense of Self. Its primary use by US police forces is to compel, subdue, silence and force spirited “free-willed” individuals from having a voice, especially those who may believe that their sense of Self, Dignity or Self Respect are being violated by State authorities and forces, pushing them against their will towards a particular point of view, behavior or compliance with legally prescribed discretionary rules, laws or regulations.

DESTRUCTION OF HOLISTIC VIEW OF LIFE & SELF – Precept to Mass Psychological Conditioning.
This violation of Self, without any countervailing force or public backlash, goes beyond important spiritual and metaphysical values that are important in maintaining a well balanced psyche and mentally stable society. The use of taser guns in any society destroys an individual’s soul and holistic view of who they are as fathers, mothers, grandfather, grandmother, husband, wife, student, child or baby, whether or not that individual experienced the dreadful and shocking zaps of taser guns.

YOU DON’T HAVE TO BE TASERED TO FEEL ITS DEADLY EFFECTS!
By watching the horrors expressed by the tasered victims on UTube above, one gets a clear sense of depreciation, denigration, anger, disgust, hatred of police officers and the law, but more importantly a lesser value of one’s self when driving on public streets or interacting in social situations, visiting public places where security is paramount such as on city buses, trains, local and international airports and the like.

IMPACT ON THE HOME
One also feels that one is not safe in one’s own home. That under the right set of circumstances that can confront any “normal” American family that do not live in the wealthy and prestigious communities of America, that you can easily be tasered against your will with no consequences for law enforcement officers hired by the State that is responsible for mandating and prescribing such hard and inhumane “standards” and treatment of people functioning in what is considered to be a “civilized,” i.e., socially and scientifically “engineered” monetary society that functions through certain stated laws and customs.

IMPACT ON ANIMALS, ESPECIALLY HOUSEHOLD PETS & DOGS
Under the law, it is perfectly fine for law enforcement officers to use a taser gun against an out of control animal under the justification that it is better than shooting the irate beast with an automatic service weapon, since obviously the officer’s life and well being to his family are far more important than that of a cruel animal. Should this be considered cruelty to animals by animal rights advocates? The better question is, can we find a better way to address and resolve law enforcement conflicts with animals that do not subject these creatures to inhumane treatment, especially since police officers are paid and later pensioned off through the use of tax payers’ money.

REFORMATION OF COMMUNITY PURPOSE & STRUCTURE
The wholesale destruction of an individual’s sense of Self decimates’s society’s sense of community, cohesiveness and security that in the long-term may be difficult or impossible to restore.

TARGETING THE WEAK, DOCILE & MOST DEFENSELESS
It is important to note that the designers of this instrument of death and torture do not want to have this torture instrument in their own backyard, tightnitted, well funded, village communities for fear that it might be used against them, their families or children. Whether on Utah State Highways or the inner cities of Miami, Chicago, New York, Boston, Washington, DC or Los Angeles taser guns will be used against those that are the weakest, most defenseless and legally incapable of a serious response in our society, namely women, the middle class and economically poor and disadvantaged as shown in UTube videos above.

THE ROLE OF THE US GOVERNMENT
US Congressional funds disbursed to state authorities to fight the global war on terror have been used by state authorities to finance the purchase of surveillance systems and taser guns for use against a docile and unsuspecting public.

BREAK IN SOCIAL PSYCHE
There is a break in the psyche of police officers and law enforcement officials worldwide as well as many of our political leaders who defend and uphold these brutal and savage unconscionable acts of violence. It is the very break that Carl Gustav Jung talked about in his book, The Undiscovered Self With Symbols and Interpretation of Dreams. His fear of a social and national psyche gone amiss is being manifested everyday on the national and global scenes, and no one seems to notice.

INVINCIBLE GOVERNMENTS
Cloaked under a climate and clouds of terrorism, government supported security forces are invincible against the common man and harmless law abiding citizens of all nations. The courts and justice department upholds this point of view in their fight against terrorism. But we know that under the immutable laws of the cosmos this government issued license to kill and torture innocent citizens will only last for so long.

ECHOES FROM THE GRAVE
As Abraham Lincoln, who supported the arming of common citizenry against government excessive use of power, would have and could have predicted, the people will rebel against their leaders and governments, especially those who endorse and sanction unconscionable execution of common citizens by security forces under any law, procedure or pretense. This day is coming faster than most political leaders and unconscionable Police Commissioners realize.
